Anesthesia School--here I come!

My life for the next 3 years!  YAY!
Great news everyone!!!  I have been accepted to CRNA school at Northeastern University!  I am sooo happy, excited, relieved, and scared all at the same time.  I interviewed on Saturday morning, and they called me back later that evening to tell me I had been accepted.  The interview went very well, everyone was very supportive and very nice.  I am really looking forward to learning the art of being a crna from such a great group of people.  The program is 32 months long, starting in September.  It will be a pretty intense program, but worth it in the end.  I can hardly believe that 3 years from now, I will almost be a CRNA.  For those of you who arent familiar with the term CRNA, it is certified registered nurse anesthetist.  While is school, I will be learning all about anesthesia and physiology (which I love...I am a nerd, I know).  Once I am done, I will be able to be a part of an anesthesia care team (like in a hospital) or practice independently.  I graduate with a master's in science, which is really exciting.  I cant tell you how happy I am.  And Ty, too.
In addition to my acceptance, Saturday was also Ty's 32nd birthday.  I think he had a great day, even though he was post call.  He was such a help to me in studying and preparing me for my interview, I have to give him so many thanks.  I couldnt have done it without him.  Now he thinks that since I am going back to school...he gets to be a house dad....I think not! :-)
Anyway, hope you are all doing well.
